Fundamentals of Lighting Schoolism assignments

Last year I took Sam Nielson's practically famous class on light and rendering. I was really excited to take this one, having seen the lecture vids a few years back and noticing lots of the assignments from other artists floating around. I think I get more out of classes like this where everyone paints the same thing, it makes it easier to identify when other students are doing something smarter than you.

For all of these assignments Sam provided us some lineart to work with as a base.
